What was a PIN?

A PIN gave early notice that a buyer intended to procure, sometimes to shorten later time limits if used correctly under PCR 2015.

What replaced it?

The Planned Procurement Notice (Section 94) provides forward visibility on the CDP, alongside Pipeline Notices for high-spend buyers.
