Beyond the notice

By the time the tender is published, the winners are already positioned

Portals and alert emails tell you what’s already public. The teams who win were in the room months earlier — because they knew what was expiring, who held it, and how the buyer awards.

Incumbent visibility

Every open tender, with its history attached.

Who holds the contract today, how long they’ve held it, and what the award record looks like. You stop bidding blind against an incumbent you didn’t know existed.

Renewal radar

Re-tenders, before they’re published.

Contracts in your sector entering their final 90 days, flagged from award-history data. You start buyer conversations while competitors wait for the notice.

Buyer patterns

How this buyer actually awards.

Award frequency, typical contract size, incumbency bias versus supplier rotation. You qualify an opportunity in minutes, not meetings.

What our users say

User feedback, attributed by role.

We already had access to the portals. What we lacked was visibility on who was winning and what looked likely to reopen. That’s the gap this fills.
Bid consultant, public sector advisory, UK
The shortlist of active buyers and likely incumbents saves hours every week. We qualify faster and stop wasting time on low-probability bids.
Public sector sales lead, IT services, UK
The renewal view is what stood out. Seeing contracts in their final 90 days means we position before the notice drops, not after.

Questions bid teams ask

Which sources does TenderLedger cover?

Contracts Finder, Find a Tender, Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales and eTenders NI — the official UK procurement sources. Notices are ingested hourly, deduplicated and tagged by sector.

How do renewal signals work?

We work backwards from published award data: contract start dates, durations and extension options. Contracts entering their final months are flagged with an estimated re-tender window — each with a link to the source award notice.

How is this different from Stotles or Tussell?

Same official UK sources, focused on the supplier-side essentials — incumbents, renewals, buyer patterns — at SME pricing with monthly billing. If you need CRM integrations and advisory services, an enterprise platform may fit better; if you need to see your market and move early, this is built for you.

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days on Starter or Pro to explore TenderLedger. Cancel anytime before the trial ends if it is not a fit.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — plans are monthly. Cancel in-app; access runs to the end of the billing period.

Is my data secure?

Procurement data is public record; your account data — searches, tracked buyers, notes — is private, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Stop reading notices. Start moving first.
